The specific cancellation terms applicable to a booking should be communicated before any payment or deposit is made.

Deposit

The deposit amount, payment deadline and refund conditions should be provided when the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation by the guest

Any refund may depend on the cancellation date and non-refundable costs already committed to accommodation, transport, activities or other suppliers.

Cancellation by the organiser

If a journey cannot proceed at the organiser's initiative, available alternatives will be communicated in accordance with the applicable terms and law.
